Just got my car back after service and I wanted to say mahalo to Tiana and the staff there at Hilo Lex Brodies. I had dropped my Subaru off Friday to get some oil leaking taken care of; when I picked it up it was running a bit rougher than we started with and the tech said yeah it seems to be miss firing a little. So I got it back to them today Monday and they took care of it right away; so good just some wires replaced that had been affected by the oil leak. They were kind enough just to charge parts only. Good service and fair all around helps this working man keep on the road : ) No need buy a new car and go in debt if I can count on Lex Brodie to help me maintain what I got today. Amazing customer service exists at Lex Brodie for this damsel in distress. I pulled into Island Naturals shopping center and I accidently drove over a curb and punctured my tire. I did it good too with a huge gaping hole. Fix a flat was not an option here. I had no spare tire. I called Lex Brodies at 5:15 (they close at 6:00) I told them of my tire emergency. They immediately sent 2 guys to my car, jacked it up, took away flat tire while I waited at parking lot. A few minut...es later the manager calls to give price options. I select and purchase tire over phone. A few minutes after that the same 2 men return to lot, pop on new tire, grab their tools and leave. This whole process took less than 35 minutes. I was back on the road at 5:50. I felt like I had my own personal NASCAR pit crew. Lol Here's the kicker: they did not charge me extra for service call. Only the price of the tire! I am a forever customer from now on. Truly amazing. The 2 guys (Daniel and Jr.) Gave me a hug and a happy holidays on their way out.

When I walked in with my 2 boys I was helped immediately and they had candy for my boys! Best tire repair I've had yet! I will definitely be coming back!!!

Always helpful. Especially Tiana... always courtesy and pleasant on the phone as well... they aren't too busy on the days I've gone but they get the job done and my kids love the free wifi for their ipads
