Pahoa Lex Brodie crew are the best. They always do a great job and make sure the customer is well taken care of.

While on vacation in HI the rental Jeep I was driving desperately needed several quarts of oil. I was on the other side of the Island from where I rented the jeep, at 4:00 on a Tuesday afternoon, so I searched around and found this place. They said come on down, and as soon as I showed up got the Jeep in, refilled the oil within minutes and refused to charge me. Talk about customer service! I highly recommend this place. I just finished getting front tires, an alignment, and an oil change. I received excellent customer service and would like to thank Louis for all of his help. Prices were fair, there were no surprise charges, and I didn't feel forced into any unnecessary purchases. Was this review ?

Have been to Lex Brodies tires 5 times now for a safety inspection because every time they tell me I need something new. The first time, yes it was my mistake for not having something needed. But since then I have paid for the inspection , and keep being told to come back because of time or they have made me wait over an hour every time when the previous time they tell me tomsimpky bring the paper for a picture and I'll be done. Most of the staff seem to not care much about their customers. I'm currently waiting still, for over an hour for them to simply take a picture and give me a sticker. Hopefully this is the last experience with Lex Brodies.

I towed my van Thursday night and called Friday morning to find out when they can take a look. I was told that afternoon but no return call. I call Saturday and was told somebody will take a look that day. No call, left voice message on Sunday. Finally, someone called that it was the starter and the part was available. I approved the repair and it was ready at the end of the day. I hated that I had to get a rental for 3 days because I did not know when someone can look at the van. They're good at the repairs but horrible on follow ups.

Fast and friendly service...nice waiting room...coffee hot chocolate tea free Wi-Fi charging strip for phones and tablets. Big screen t.v. with ACCESS TO REMOTE😁..and nice selection of reading material!
