Happy with the service team!!!

I went into Lex Brodie to schedule a safety check, but was told I didn't have to schedule an appointment. Instead, they could do it right away. So I did and I was finished very quickly.

friendly staff, fast service, right price...

I was impressed from the moment I was first attended to. The service representative (a woman, I forget her name, I'm sorry!) was friendly and attentive. My friend and I were waiting for the oil change, and when she saw me at the coffee machine, she came in to help me figure out how to work it. My vehicle was finished quickly, I was given a AAA discount, and we were on our way. All was good, and the customer service superb. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back to be serviced!

The battery in my Toyota died, went to the dealer, they told me to make an appointment or leave it over night (no luv there). Came to Lex Brodie's; they said, let's check it out and make sure the battery's bad, 30min. later I was back on my way, knowing that I had been well taken care of.

Excellent customer service

I was greeted right as I walked in the door! I had a 10:00am appointment to get my oil changed. They checked me in quickly and promptly got to work on my oil change. A gentleman that was working behind the counter was so sweet to my 2 year old son. He whisked my son over to their treasure box and let my son pick a few toys. The toys came in handy while we were waiting for my car to be ready. The Hilo store provides free WiFi, which is great! The wait wasn't long at all. I was very impressed and glad with how thorough they were. They checked the pressure in my tires, topped off my fluids, and checked my filters. They noticed that my engine filter was filthy. They even brought it out to show me. Very honest...I like that. Thanks for a great experience!
