Whenever I take my vehicle to Lex Brodies I always get great customer service. I walk in there crazy and upset, frantic because my vehicle is not running properly and they always seem to easy my worries! They are very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining to me what it is that I need done. Tiana, nelmar and Lewis are awesome and always helpful!

I went into Lex Brodie to schedule a safety check, but was told I didn't have to schedule an appointment. Instead, they could do it right away. So I did and I was finished very quickly.

friendly staff, fast service, right price...

I was impressed from the moment I was first attended to. The service representative (a woman, I forget her name, I'm sorry!) was friendly and attentive. My friend and I were waiting for the oil change, and when she saw me at the coffee machine, she came in to help me figure out how to work it. My vehicle was finished quickly, I was given a AAA discount, and we were on our way. All was good, and the customer service superb. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back to be serviced!
