Tire puncture on a Saturday afternoon. Fortunately for me Lex Brodies Pahoa was closed, closer to my home, but in the past few years I’ve had issues (problems) with their(Pahoa) “service”.So Hilo(Wiwoole)Lex Brodies was my next option. Hoping for repair but Tire had to be replaced. Not only did they have matching replacement but also found me a great deal which included lifetime protection plan on all 4 tires. I was in at 4:17 pm and service completed by 4:49 pm, exceptional service! Much Mahalozz to Frank(manager)Elijah(technician) and Sam(salesperson) for their friendly, courteous and professional service!
