Number one service especially when all others closes early

Excellent, efficient service; friendly staff. However, so many different telephone numbers is confusing.

Agents are helpful, knowledgeable, and very professional also respectful.

Lex Brodie’s work is excellent. I bought new set of off road tires for my truck around 6 months ago. I love them. I had a slow leak and put air in right front tire 3 times. (One time was really dangerous because I was pulling horses) So with the tire being under warranty I took it in to get checked out. They found the small nail hole but said I couldn’t plug it because it was to close to the sidewall. So they put on a new tire. I thought that it wouldn’t cost me anything because it was under warranty. But Lex Brodie said it would cost me $90. I was upset because I paid for warranty and now it cost more money. I thought that was unfair. So I talked to the manager and told him. I made an appointment and they changed my tire yesterday. When the bill came I only owed $48 and change so they cut off about half the charge. So I have to give them credit for trying even though it didn’t go all my way. They tried. And I am thankful they listened to me. They did a great job and I will be back. I have been a customer for over 20 years and this is the first time anything like this has happened.

Once again I received excellent service at Lex Brodie’s Hilo. Needed a Safety Check done and was taken care of promptly. Thanks for the expedient work. Mahalo!
