Nelmar's Service was awesome and super friendly! They were able to correctly diagnose my vehicle's issue and fixed it. He was honest about what needed to be fixed and it was quite pricey but I didn't feel ripped off like you normally do at auto repair shops. My vehicle rides smoother and quieter now! I can feel safe for my family who rides in this vehicle that was fixed. Thank you!

Had purchased tire insurance and it took the sting out of running over a screw and ruining my tire. They replaced the tire with me only having to pay tax The staff is very nice and quite helpful . The only negative is that this being an emergency repair it took close to 4 hours for it to be repaired since they were very busy

I was greeted in a friendly manner by Service Writer Nelmar when I arrived. I brought in my car for an oil change and tire rotation, which was done by Technician Timthank you! The store and waiting room are always clean. Ive been a satisfied customer for years. Great customer service and technicians!

Customer service is excellent!! Malie our service adviser was the best and Kolby did a great job on our tire repair. They were very polite and very nice and made us feel comfortable. Quick service as we waited outside in the lanai. It was very cool by the way. And pleasant. If I ever have another flat I will be back!
