I received excellent customer service thru your staff. The tire I needed was not in stock. The salesman who assisted me was more than helpful in trying to get the tires I needed ASAP. He even called me back just after I left to tell me he was able to get the tires shipped at an earlier date! Apologies I can’t remember his name. Older white male with first name starting with an “L”. I look forward to as great a service when the tires arrive.

Whenever I take my vehicle to Lex Brodies I always get great customer service. I walk in there crazy and upset, frantic because my vehicle is not running properly and they always seem to easy my worries! They are very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining to me what it is that I need done. Tiana, nelmar and Lewis are awesome and always helpful!
