I came in to replace 4 new tires and have it installed. As I drove away, I noted how smooth the ride was. Less than a mile into my drive home, I started to feel the vibration and the noise was getting louder as I accelerated. I pulled over to the shoulder of the road to discover that the right front wheel had one lug nut holding the tire that was starting to come off. I called the shop and luckily someone answered because it was just about closing time. The shop sent a staff member to come and inspect and pick up my vehicle. The service was unacceptable, you are a tire shop and your employee forgot to put all the lug nuts on or tighten them. It would have been nice if your shop offered a free service for the inconvenience like a wheel alignment.

Our sincere apologies for failing to quality check the torque on your new tires and agree it was unacceptable. I spoke to our Store Manager-Grant Thornton about your incident, and he said will be happy to do a Free wheel alignment for you.
