I also want to acknowledge that the Kona location appears to handle a very heavy customer load. At times, customers entering the showroom may experience longer wait periods before someone is available at the front counter, which I imagine reflects how busy and stretched the staff are throughout the day. What stood out to me, however, was that even with that level of activity, employees in the service area were still quick to help when assistance was needed. The professionalism and responsiveness of the staff, especially Ida and Jefferson, made a difficult day much easier for me. Please commend the mentioned employees to your owner Josh as well.

The KONA TEAM does an exceptional job of juggling customers, answering their questions and attending to their needs while keeping a positive attitude throughout the day. =) You are correct to say that the KONA LEX BRODIE'S gets a large volume of customers every day and that is because they do an EXCELLENT JOB in servicing our customers vehicles professionally to make sure that our customers are Safe on the Road. .
