The staff at the Waimea location was very friendly, upbeat, and considerate. They made sure my safety check was done promptly and at my appointed time. Special shoutout to Chauncey who took care of me with aloha and humor!

Customer service was excellent waiting area was clean and it offered refreshments and plugs to plug in your phone while you wait. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The team at Brodie's did a fantastic job. They took care of my brakes and suspension and got me back on the road by the end of the day. Definitely recommend.
