I showed up two days early for an appointment and rather than turn me away and have me return, they took my car, performed the safety check and I was on my way in 30 minutes. I didnt even realize I was early because they said nothing. They are always professional and thorough.

Drove from Kona for my wife's birthday to Hilo cruz and discovered I needed brake job for the rears. Called Lex Brodie's Kilauea, long story short, they took my 2018 Civic in at 2:30pm and finished the job at 4:30pm. Incredible service and accommodation for visitors from Kona. Mahalo!
