I had an appointment first thing in the morning and I was able to get checked right in. The service advisor went over my service request as I had scheduled and asked if I had any additional questions. I did and was answered with my complete satisfaction. The reason I'm stating this, How many times have you scheduled an appointment for service and they try to "sell" additional products/add-ons or upgrades for which you've already thought thru. That was a very pleasant surprise to just walk in, give 'em the keys, sign the paperwork and leave. My vehicle was completed in on time and ready for pickup. Great Service staff!!

The agent gave a good explanation for all the options for the oil change. It was nice that one offered to go get my car from the parking lot a little bit away from the main office. Thanks.

The service was prompt and professional. The technician who helped me was courteous and nice. The only thing I found lacking was the ink on my safety inspection sticker...it was faint, and I think the machine that made it needs a tuneup.

Very professional from the time I check in my truck to when it. was done. Repairs needed was well communicated via email and text including pictures of recommendations for other repairs. Would recommend Lex Brodies any day..
