Daniel is the best manager by far for your two Hilo locations. He goes above and beyond to help/assist with his customers needs/concerns regarding their vehicles. Two thumbs up and a double shaka.

Excellent service. Jan and crew were very helpful, diagnosed my tire problem, let me know my options, fixed my tire, same day, picked it up that afternoon. Mahalo.

Jan is a real champ at customer service on the front desk. The team of tech in the shop really knows what they are doing. I like that their system includes a report with lots of photos illustrating the findings.
