Had a tire pressure monitor replaced and now the system no longer works properly. Going back next week so they can try to fix it. 12/3. System works properly now.

Our apologies for the inconvenience. YES, please come in so that we can check the sensors again and reprogram the TPMS system. =)

Went to Lex Brodie's today for s Safety Check. I had an appointment, thank goodness, because they were really busy. I was told the Safety Check would take about half an hour. I was there for longer than that because they were so busy. However, during that time, they showed me how to use the coffee machine so I could wait in comfort. When the Safety Check was finally completed, I checked my car. I had a concern about the date of the next Safety Check. Jan, an employee, took the time to walk me back out to my car and show me that she had entered the correct date for the next Safety Check--in a year from now. I had been looking in the wrong place--at the date when my next registration was due. Thanks for the excellent and polite service during a very busy time.
