Looking at a place to service my car and came across these reviews. I am expecting the owner to response to the negative reviews as she did to the positive ones, at least say sorry or something. If she only cares about good reviews, certainly she will never make it up to those that have issues arising out of her shop..Gotta offer some kinda Aloha Anita.
Hello ATAK BILL, Thank you for leaving your comment. I try to respond to all of our reviews. For Those who have had a poor experience, we reach out and call them directly to resolve their issue. I will make it a practice to go back and add my comments as to what transpired so that others can see what we did and how we took care of our customers. So... I am sorry for not being better at commenting on all reviews. As for the service that we perform at our stores, we aim for 100% customer satisfaction and if for some reason a customer is not satisfied, we take extra steps to make sure they are taken care of.
