Excellent service!!!! The first time I went to Lex Brodie's in Kona was because one of your competitor's (won't mention names GY) would not let me use more than one credit card to purchase tires? When I went to Lex Brodie's the staff were like, "no problem", you can use as many as you like. :0) Now, I only purchase my tires from Lex Brodie's due to the excellent customer service, hassle free and friendly employees.

Outstanding! I was in/out before I could finish coffee made on your Keurat machine. It was a minor problem with a wheel, but handled with loving care on my precious 2000 Ltd Ford Explorer truck. (no laugh!) Your staff were courteous & efficient. Mahalo!

Recently my 12 year old 4-Runner developed some vibration in the rear brakes which were last done over 40,000 miles ago and the service manager "B" took such good care of it for a reasonable price, I couldn't be happier!

You folks are always awesome, every time I bring my cars in. I really love that you explain all of the work that is recommended and then allow me, as the customer, to dictate what can actually get done without any pressure or guilt if I don’t agree with all recommendations.

Eppy and Daniel provided great service. All staff I encountered that day from start to finish were helpful and friendly. They Truly helped me out when my vehicle picked up Screw and my vehicle/ transportation was put to a halt. Appreciated their efficiency in getting me back on the road again.
