So once again I walked out of Lex Brodies with a smile. This time, I went to Hilo, normally I go to Lex's in Pahoa. No one likes having go to the mechanic, but every time I have to take in my Jeep (I always mess it up lol) or Durango in, they do the job well and at a fair price. Thank you guys

Thank you Scott for leaving a nice reveiw about our company. You can trust us to do the job right and if for some reason there is a problem in the near future, you can bring it back for LEX to look at it again for free. Transmission flush and refill - extremely prompt and friendly service. My oil pan plug needed tightening and the mechanic who did my flush pointed it out and promptly tightened it. I very much appreciated the service. Service writer, Ivy was able to accommodate me and was very knowledegeabble. Thank you.

Not too Happy with this place. Apointment was at 1pm. Car was here st 12:30 , early. Price for 4 tires was $125.00 more than what i was told total price would be on phone. 2PM and no one has statred working on my car yet. When i asked why girl says "it takes 1.5 hrs to install balance tires" I say thats fine but I've been here 1.5 hrs already and no work has been started. So expect 4 hours to get new tires installed. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.... FRUSTRATED

Three starts because the staff working in the tire shop making the work orders are amazing excellent service. But 2.5 hours to patch a tire. Isn't anything to brag about
