I've been a customer of Lex Brodie for years. I trust them and have gotten great service from all their outlets. Pahoa is my main store, but I've used Hilo and Waimea as well. Each facility were outstanding.

I needed tires at the last minute and drove in at 230pm and was called an hour or so later that my car was done and ready for pick up. We've been going to Lex Brodie's for a long time and always have the best experience from a customer view point. We are also in the guest service business and truly appreciate the "above and beyond" attitude possessed by all the employees at Waimea. Thank you!!

Excellent service!!!! The first time I went to Lex Brodie's in Kona was because one of your competitor's (won't mention names GY) would not let me use more than one credit card to purchase tires? When I went to Lex Brodie's the staff were like, "no problem", you can use as many as you like. :0) Now, I only purchase my tires from Lex Brodie's due to the excellent customer service, hassle free and friendly employees.
