Friendly, fast service

Chauncey was super helpful and friendly. He answered a ton of questions I had related to a regular maintenance check and some specific service issues. I also thought the mechanics were very thorough, including finding a couple of spots underneath the vehicle that are safety concerns and in need of repair. I found the prices to be reasonable for the services performed. Glad they offer a 10% AAA discount, which helped as well.

Great customer service, as always. Help out my son when he had a flat tire, they were able to change the tire and allowed plenty of time for my son to get his car back and make it to work in plenty of time.

I really appreciated the prompt and courteous service from the entire staff, especially the person who handled my safety inspection.

They were pretty busy so I was told an hour and a half to get a tire replaced. It was Monday so understandable. They finished and I left in under an hour. Price was good, service was great, and hassle free. Aloha!

My car was towed to Lex Brodie's late in the afternoon. The next day the technician ran the diagnostics, found the problem, and ruled out any other problems. Very professionally done. By mid-afternoon, my car was ready and it ran more smoothly than it has in weeks.
