A couple days ago I visited Lex Brodie's Waimea because I needed a safety check for our ministry vehicle in order to get it registered. Chauncey greeted me politely like usual, told me that my vehicle would take probably an hour. I left to attend a meeting, came back when the vehicle was done, went to get it registered, upon my return the shop was super busy. My phone was about to die so I told Chauncey I would be back, I was going to buy a charger for my phone because I forgot my charger at home. Much to my surprise they had phone chargers in the waiting room for customers to use!!! Now this is above and beyond for their customers! They also have coffee and popcorn. WOW! Good Job Waimea! If you have expensive rims do not go to this place. They gauged my polished aluminum rims.

Pahoa Lex Brodie has the best customer service and crew I have experienced on the East side of the Big Island. Today the crew working helped me out so much and took care of all my car needs. They do what they can to help you out and make your all around experience better with them. Isaac and Bernard helped me with the service today. Not to mention the rest of the amazing crew and I could not be happier.
