*An introvert's dream!* Appointments are able to be made online and confirmed via email (any changes must be made with a phone call). Drop off was easy with a few relatively quick questions (and I had to fill out a short form for my brake inspection). I opted to drop off and leave, but if you stay, the lobby has AC, tables with charging stations, a kids play area, TV, and beverages. After they finished the initial inspections, they emailed and texted a link to a report to what should be done (green: all good; yellow: suggested; red: required). 5-10 minutes later, they called and asked what work I would like done and the estimate (it took less than 5 minutes). I wasn't pressured or coerced to do anything excessive. A few hours later I received a call notifying me that my car was ready. Pick up was a breeze; I just needed to pay and collect my keys. Total face-to-face/call interaction: less than 20 minutes; possibly closer to 10 minutes Cost value: No idea. Not a car guy. Anxiety level: low

Fantastic, fast and friendly service

1. Woman answering my call told me I’d have to come in and wait bc they wouldn’t give me an appointment for just a tire. However within 30 min of call I received a reminder for my appt at 1 pm - weird 2. The exact same tire purchased 3 mo ago was $217. This time it was $281 and was only mounted in the rim. 3. Service was great the day I bought the tire.
