Great service in person. FYI when I called to confirm that the safety inspection person was actually there (my appointment was for later that day), the woman on the phone was a bit rude--like it was an unreasonable question even though that had happened to me in the past. I was a bit surprised by her response, but found out when in the store that the phone is now being answered by a call center and not one of the guys in the store. So guess if I want info in the future, I'll just stop by the store instead of calling!

Great establishment. Went to Firestone that morning. They did not have the tires I needed. so I headed to LB right down the road. They were more inviting and had the tire set I needed. They were $200 cheaper than what Firestone quoted me earlier. LB took my truck right away without any appointment. They also shuttled me home and called me back when it was done. They would have had picked me back up, but I had a ride already. Mahalo LB!

We had to wait for a matching tire but of course! Better than living on Oahu. Once they got it (only couple days). They promptly installed it. Service writers are great representative of the company.

Mark was so helpful finding the tires we needed. Tanya's service was top notch, enrolling us in the Loyalty program, explaining the tire repair coverage and even bringing a chair outside where i was making some phone calls. It will be my pleasure to refer friends and family to Lex Brodie.
