I had an outstanding experience thanks to Jefferson. After finding a bolt in my tire at the end of a long shift, I arrived just as the shop was closing, hoping for some help. Jefferson still took the time to inspect my tire, explained the damage clearly, and had it professionally patched in less than 30 minutes. Throughout the entire process, he was kind, patient, and genuinely cared about getting me back on the road safely. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and maintained a positive attitude despite it being the end of the day.
