This added service makes me want to give all of my car maintenance to Lex Brodie. (and I will) To be more customer friendly, I would recommend that all of your agents use the customer's name (which they have from the appointment record) once the customer is in front of you: i.e. Mr. Sugiyama, thank you for bringing your car in for tire rotation at Lex Brodie. And, after the work is completed, Mr. Sugiyama, your tire rotation is completed and Jonny who worked on your car found the following ...filters dirty and need to be changed, oil dirty and need to be changed. Mr. Sugiyama, can I assist you with an appointed to correct these concern? LB agents need to create a bonding with their customers. Customer need to feel the care and concern from LB agents.
