I had an outstanding experience thanks to Jefferson. After finding a bolt in my tire at the end of a long shift, I arrived just as the shop was closing, hoping for some help. Jefferson still took the time to inspect my tire, explained the damage clearly, and had it professionally patched in less than 30 minutes. Throughout the entire process, he was kind, patient, and genuinely cared about getting me back on the road safely. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and maintained a positive attitude despite it being the end of the day. His excellent customer service and attention to detail made a stressful situation quick and hassle-free. Employees like Jefferson make a lasting impression. I was in an immediate situation with a tire that had separated and could not move until I got it fixed. Upon examining my tires. They found both tires had split seams . They were able to get it fixed up and out within 2 hrs. And I was able to get my disabled husband to his appointments. A BIG MAHALO to the front staff that worked with me on such short notice. The service I got really helped me to appreciate the extra costs that I wasn't ready for . I walked out buying three tires instead of one. Thank you again Waimea Lex Brodie's Tires.
