Had emergency, got flat tire while touring area and spare was flat from incident 2 days early. Rolled in and they were happy to help me even though busy,Got in and out in about 3 hours, which happy with considering how busy they were.

Customer service personnel was very understanding and respectful, work was done in a prompt and professional manner. This was not an emergency situation but urgent and the situation was resolved.

Had to purchase a new tire from a side wall puncture. They replaced the tire, did the alignment and put my spare back afterwards. I was totally prepared to do it myself afterwards. Thanks so much for going the extra mile and putting the spare back while it was on the lift.
