Came in for possible worn brakes but turns out everything was good but they explained to me everything quite thoroughly and detailed and left me on my way. Didn't have to pay because they couldn't find anything. Most other places would have charged me just because they looked at it. And on top of that they checked everything, the battery, coolants everything! Overall place I recommend to go to. Took my vehicle in in very timely manner and we're straight to the point

I had a piece of metal stuck in my left rear tire. I was afraid to pull it out do I risked driving 7 miles from.my house to Lex Broadies and checked in with Ikaika at Customer Service, he was very efficient and polite. I was explained by Steve, very thoroughly that no puncture to tire was done so nothing to repair or warrant replacing and all other tires were checked and no other issues so no charge. Exceptional service! I will see them in 1500 miles for service as I usually do! Mahalo to everyone who helped me.
