Great service in person. FYI when I called to confirm that the safety inspection person was actually there (my appointment was for later that day), the woman on the phone was a bit rude--like it was an unreasonable question even though that had happened to me in the past. I was a bit surprised by her response, but found out when in the store that the phone is now being answered by a call center and not one of the guys in the store. So guess if I want info in the future, I'll just stop by the store instead of calling!

We had to wait for a matching tire but of course! Better than living on Oahu. Once they got it (only couple days). They promptly installed it. Service writers are great representative of the company.

Mark was so helpful finding the tires we needed. Tanya's service was top notch, enrolling us in the Loyalty program, explaining the tire repair coverage and even bringing a chair outside where i was making some phone calls. It will be my pleasure to refer friends and family to Lex Brodie.

My car prompt my tire pressure was low and I was on my way to work, so I decided to stop at lex Brodie's in Pahoa. Steven was assisting customers and he was done I ask if they could check my tire because it was low. He said of course . It was done in no time. The technician told me all my tires was good except one the air pressure was really low so they fixed the problem asap. Love the staff of Pahoa 's Lex Brodie's. They always are fast and friendly always mahalos
