Oil change

As always great service from the start since a couple of decades ago. Team is awesome but as I always mention, it starts from the top (management). Daniel is awesome. Hate to see the day he decides to retire which I hope is never . LOL

Super easy, quick, & straight to the point. Awesome team for being very customer-centric (even though I arrived a few minutes before closing lol) they were also very patient which made it a lot more comfortable 👍👍

Once again Lex Brodies Waimea provided me with excellent service. My SUV was running rough with Check Engine lights displayed. The mechanic did a thorough diagnostics related to the variety of codes that were listed. He was able to clear these codes and determined that the problem may be with my PCM (Power train Control Module) and suggested I have the status of this PCM be examined by my local dealer. I really appreciated their forthrightness and not trying to do additional work that was not needed.

Sam showed much Aloha while checking my Ford Escape in for maintenance service. Sam contacted me when the service was completed. I appreciated working with Sam and am thankful for his professionalism.
