Excellent service!

First time coming here for a flat tire. Was greeted by sales person Maile (hope I spelled her name correctly), who was very helpful and answered all my questions. The mechanic Makana did an outstanding job on repairing the puncture in my tire. The price was very reasonable and I'm sure coming back for new tires in the future! Highly recommended!

I came in early to wait for my scheduled safety check and was served early. Therefore it was completed 8 minutes after my scheduled appointment time and I was able to pick up my grandkids on time because of it. Always pleasant, efficient service at this branch!

Very thorough staff. I went in for alignment due to shaking in front end. It was done. They recommended brakes/rotors, which I had in the back seat ready to go. I discovered the frozen caliper before reading their thorough report. Had they told me the caliper was probably causing the shaking, I would have just asked them to replace it and install rotors/pads, too. Instead, I left with the shaking still happening, until I replaced caliper later that day. Having said that, I would definitely go back, and try to ask the right questions next time. Service was excellent.

An hour from home, the car alerted me that a tire was low, and after topping off the pressure at a gas station and watching it go low again, I realized I might not make it home. I was near the dealership and pulled in. They spotted a nail in the tire, and they suggested I go to lex Brodie. Where I arrived, just over an hour before closing time. I figured I'd probably have to leave it with them and find another way home, and they agreed but said they do what they could. And in fact, even so late in the day they were able to patch the tire and get me back on my way. They could have sold me a new tire, but didn't push for that at all. Total cost? $37!
