Unfortunately I didn’t get service cause I had road side service through Firestone… Tire was reasonably priced… Service from offfice area was outstanding!

Nelmar's Service was awesome and super friendly! They were able to correctly diagnose my vehicle's issue and fixed it. He was honest about what needed to be fixed and it was quite pricey but I didn't feel ripped off like you normally do at auto repair shops. My vehicle rides smoother and quieter now! I can feel safe for my family who rides in this vehicle that was fixed. Thank you!

Your staff were professional and courteous. My only request would be that, having an appointment for an inspection, I wish the car would be serviced closer to the time of the appointment than 35 minutes. Once the car was taken into the shop the work was done in 10 minutes. I was out when promised. But the long wait with an appointment in hand!
