Here is a BIG shout out of THANKS to John at Lex Brodie ( Kailua-Kona)!!! Thank you for exceptionally kind customer service this Fri 2/7 morning. I was late to my appointment ( traffic slowdown), and had forgotten registration in car manual left at home (due to pressure to get visitors to their snorkel tour). John was upbeat and asked me to drive home and come back, NO judgment ( that is worth so much when someone might arrive a little scattered). On my return, safety check accomplished efficiently. I am very grateful for this terrific level of service. Thanks to John, thank you to all Lex Brodie staff I encountered (Iva for appointment, phone reception when I called that I would be late due to traffic). These details add up to care for customers that is otherwise hard to see. Mahalo nui loa!

These guys were great! Drop off was super smooth, pick up the same. They did a very detailed inspection of everything that was not expected, pointed out some items that needed attention and didn't pressure for an upsale on them, I appreciate that.

It was fast and efficient. Waiting room was very comfortable and I do enjoy an afternoon coffee. It took less time than expected and the price for service was very reasonable. I definitely will come back again!
