Staff was outstanding & they got me out before their estimated time

Provided text and review of currents passes and issues on my car quickly, provided me with the possibilities and estimates, and let me know if I would be able to fit it into the scheduled time for repair. Even checked on possible discounts including the service I had already paid for. Car came out running good and road worthy just before the finished the day. Great service, good results!

I had an appointment at 10am to get a trailer inspection. They took about 45 minutes to get to it but they have a nice waiting area. Check out was quick and easy, and staff was friendly.Only about $18, so good deal.

Picked up our vehicle at the Kawaihae Harbor and automatically noticed problems, took it to the Kailua-Kona without making an appointment. Director of Ops Mike LOW walked up to me and asked how he could help. Was thorough in checking the vehicle and processed us right there. A day later, received both an email and call from Gabe PADILLIO with their findings. They have always gone out of their way to assist me with my vehicular needs. Excellent service.
