I became aware of a brake problem, called in and was able to bring my car in to be assessed the very next day. The parts are ordered and next week the work will be completed.

Nelmar was very helpful, informative, and knew all about the tires and answered all my questions, kept me updated and contacted me as soon as my car was done. Jerald kept me informed on all the things he checked and what I have to change in the future. I like that they send pictures of the things that need to be replaced in the future. Overall great customer service, will be back

Had tire punctures from construction in my neighborhood. They got me in without an appointment, had my tire in stock (multiple punctures which could not just be patched) and balanced the other three tired. Appreciate the help!

Courteous staff who are also very alert! Rep who helped me (Kimo) informed me that my safety check date had s already expired. I was in a flutter but Kimo calmed me by Informing me that Lex Brodies does safety checks so I could use this service if I decided to do this. I was so very appreciative!!! Not only did I get new tires ; I also got the safety check done!!! Awesome!!!
