Front desk clerks was really friendly and knowledgeable, once mechanics found the problem service was really fast, I really appreciate Lex Brodie’s’s expertise in Pahoa. I will recommend Lex Brodie’s to my friends and coworkers that.Pahoa location is very satisfying. Thanks again much Mahalo.

I just needed to pick up tires two of them Oddball size it was quick it was easy and they had exactly what I was looking for they do have a restroom a waiting room and are wheelchair accessible definitely would recommend Lex Brodie's

Service on tire was at appt time, no delays, no up sells, being knowledgeable, fast & efficient. Love this Pahoa shop the workers bust it out to get the job done!! No slackers here! Thanks guys! Get a new receptionist who knows more please. She wasted my time on the phone as she knows nothing if she transfers calls to techs, they cannot pick up if busy & then if I didn't show up in person to get answers not gotten on my 1st call in to you. Excellent service! From the time I walked in to inquire on what I needed, to checking in the next day and getting my tire changed, every employee showed concern and care in their service provided.

I just did a safety check! Arrived there at 7:00 am and found out I needed to make an appointment! So I did; came back at 2:00 pm that same afternoon! Everyone was professional and courteous! Left at 2:20 pm!
