Lex Brodie's in Waimea has one of the most competent and caring staff in the business. I have 3 cars that they service year round and I have had no complaints thus far... I just wish more mechanics would join their Ohana!

I also want to acknowledge that the Kona location appears to handle a very heavy customer load. At times, customers entering the showroom may experience longer wait periods before someone is available at the front counter, which I imagine reflects how busy and stretched the staff are throughout the day. What stood out to me, however, was that even with that level of activity, employees in the service area were still quick to help when assistance was needed. The professionalism and responsiveness of the staff, especially Ida and Jefferson, made a difficult day much easier for me. Please commend the mentioned employees to your owner Josh as well.
