I drove in without an appointment to have my tire fixed and they were very kind and I was out within an hour! Great seating with lots of power ports for phone charging. I will definitely go back to them for tire service.

The team at lex brodies kilauea was awesome. From Tiana Jelf the service advisor to the technician Keean Pacua they did a phenomenal job and I was told what needed to be done and what the problems where that needed to be fixed. I was told it would take 1hour and a half and they where done in less than 1hour. The sad part is the alignment wasn't done cause the technician found a few problems. I would still recommend this place to my ohana and friends And I will definitely be back. Mahalo.

Service is worth the wait! Grade A+++

As soon as I walked in, I was treated with kindness and respect from all of your employees. How these employees treat customers is a direct reflection on Lex Brodie's as a good employer and business. The cost for my tires repair and rotation was very reasonable. I will definitely be a happy return customer.

Excellent service

I made an appointment to come in for a safety inspection and to get my car looked at because it was making an odd noise when turning. The noise was busted struts. It was going to take 3 to 4 hours to repair so my daughter and I settled down in the waiting room which was very clean and thoughtfully equipped with water and coffee and nice restrooms. When I mentioned that one of the errands I needed to do was bloodwork at my doctor the manager offered to run me over for it. It only took a few minutes and I really appreciate it. Everyone was very nice and the repair was done in less time, maybe 2 to 3 hours, so we could go home with a fixed car, safety sticker and all. Thanks so much!
