I appreciate being notified about a couple of problems I wasn't aware of.

Went in for tire rotation/balancing but they found major brake wear. Mobile app sends the photos of the worn parts. Fixed. We smelled something burning and pulled right before. Fixed. Skylee and manager customer service driven.

Went in to fix a leak. The problem was more than a puncture, and it took over an hour to fix, but they still only charged me $30ish and did an excellent job sealing the problem spot. Excellent service done with integrity.

Even when there might be a long wait, I feel comfortable at Brodie's.

My safety check was done smoothly and professionally.
