Wait time was fast that’s important

I had a lift kit installed back in March. After 1k miles I came back to have the hardware re-torqued and to have the steering wheel centered. Chauncy was super helpful and friendly, Blaze did the re-torquing and got the steering wheel centered again. Awesome work by both Chauncy and Blaze thank you very much !! I really do appreciate great customer service.

I visited the store to dismount and mount tires that I provided. The clerk checked me in helped me unload the tires, a hour later I was I informed the tires were ready the service writer then helped me load the tires. I really appreciate this young man and his service. Good job by him. Mahalo

I had a flat and was back on the road in less than 2 hours from my arrival. I had purchased my tires at Lex Brody and included road protection, so the replacement tire was covered. Just a great experience. Given the tire was damaged on the highway, I feared a drawn out wait; instead I was in and out very quickly.
