These guys were great! Drop off was super smooth, pick up the same. They did a very detailed inspection of everything that was not expected, pointed out some items that needed attention and didn't pressure for an upsale on them, I appreciate that.

It was fast and efficient. Waiting room was very comfortable and I do enjoy an afternoon coffee. It took less time than expected and the price for service was very reasonable. I definitely will come back again!

Perfect tire experience from start to finish! Ordering the correct tires was easy even though most manufacturers no longer make quality tires for sub-compact cars. When our tires arrived scheduling installation was. quick and convenient. Work on our car began right on time. It only took the mechanic an hour to complete four tires with new pressure sensors including perfect balancing. Most important is our car drives like new now. Top quality Falken tires with top quality Lex service!

I wanted to check the 5th star but my phone wouldnt respond. Keola Chow very helpfully referred me to Precision Auto Glass (now known as Safelite AutoGlass) to repair the three cracks in my windshield. Safelite will replace my entire windshield with the cost covered by my insurance. Mahalo Keola!
