The service has always been great and this current service was just as wonderful. Although, I had to call the office and I do not appreciate my call being received by the call center just to transfer me to the local office. Just have my call go directly to the local branch office. Such a waste of time and money.

Was able to listen to what I had as an issue and after the work was done, the tech wrote on the invoice the exact amount of refrigerant added and the temperature the A/C was putting out
