Malie went above and beyond when I had an unresolved issue or 2 after my service today. There was a buzz in my air-conditioning fan after the tech had changed the filter so she dove in with her gloves under the dash and discovered a very dead mouse stuck inside. While the tech finished the other issue (he hadn't reset the buttons) she bravely cleared out the remains and removed them. Problem solved. Give that girl a milkshake!

I took my car in for a safety check. My customer rep (sorry, can't remember his name) at Lex Brodie's was very attentive, patient and helpful. I would highly recommend Lex Brodie's.
