Efficient, professional service

This is the best Lex location, in my opinion. I have towed my cars a further distance to make sure they’re taken here. The manager goes above and beyond to ensure quality customer service. He and some of the mechanics even stayed late one night to make sure my daughter’s car was ready for pick up on her birthday the next morning! It has always been quality work and I never feel taken advantage of financially. Five stars and a big mahalo to the guys at Lex Pahoa!

So incredibly thankful for this Lex Brodie's crew. As simple as a safety check or as intense as replacing suspension parts on my lifted CRV, they have amazing service. Thank you Ikaika and Ivan for helping us out!

We have always had great service, but today was over the top!! my granddaughter was getting an older car gifted and fixed for her birthday. It needed a lot of work- The crew there stayed late last night so it would be ready by today-her birthday!! So thank you Ian, Steven& David and the rest of the crew. She had a really tough year and you all showed so much Aloha and care!! We have been teary eyed!! A place with real heart!!
