From the moment I arrived, he was one of the kindest and most patient people I’ve ever met. Steven went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and informed throughout the whole process. Was able to get an early appointment the same day I called. Needed to get an oil change and inspection, ended up replacing air filter too. Great customer service and attention to detail. Will definitely be back and recommend them to anyone looking for repairs or general maintenance.

I had a piece of metal stuck in my left rear tire. I was afraid to pull it out do I risked driving 7 miles from.my house to Lex Broadies and checked in with Ikaika at Customer Service, he was very efficient and polite. I was explained by Steve, very thoroughly that no puncture to tire was done so nothing to repair or warrant replacing and all other tires were checked and no other issues so no charge. Exceptional service! I will see them in 1500 miles for service as I usually do! Mahalo to everyone who helped me.
