Was in need of a new vehicle battery on a Saturday as my vehicle battery had gone bad. Called the Pahoa location and although was told they were booked, was also told if could get there quickly, they would work me in as best as they could before closing. Got my car jump started and was able to drive to the shop. When I arrived, they were ready to sign me in and was told about an hour's wait. Went to the waiting room and 15 minutes later, they came and said my car was finished. Excellent service from start to finish. Thank you so much for your assistance, especially on a weekend.

Great service but a back up inspector would be nice. 19 days to get an inspection is very inconvenient

Went in for Safety Check for which I had an appointment. Got my vehicle in on time and it took less than 30 minutes from the time I arrived till I drove away.

Attendant was courteous, answered all of my questions, gave an estimate of the amount of time the wait might be. Wait was 1/3 the amount of time he estimated. Held the door of the waiting room open for me, and the cashier door. Expedited getting a safety. Great job. Thanks!

Went here after tire blew when I hit a pothole. Replaced tire with new one for $19 cuz they back their tires. Next day I returned to have tires rotated. Took longer than expected even with an appointment. Technician didn't rebalance the right front correctly. Had to return a few days later cuz of heavy warble when I got up to 40mph. They then rebalanced tire and all is good. All for free cuz I bought tires there 2 years previous.
