Very happy with service, although it was just an auto safety check. It took longer than I thought it would, 2 hours, is that normal though?

Had a 10 am appt but had to wait 40 more minutes before getting safety check done, which took another twenty-five minutes or so…. Loved the staff! And waiting area was comfortable and offered water which made the wait much better.

Front desk clerks was really friendly and knowledgeable, once mechanics found the problem service was really fast, I really appreciate Lex Brodie’s’s expertise in Pahoa. I will recommend Lex Brodie’s to my friends and coworkers that.Pahoa location is very satisfying. Thanks again much Mahalo.

Service on tire was at appt time, no delays, no up sells, being knowledgeable, fast & efficient. Love this Pahoa shop the workers bust it out to get the job done!! No slackers here! Thanks guys! Get a new receptionist who knows more please. She wasted my time on the phone as she knows nothing if she transfers calls to techs, they cannot pick up if busy & then if I didn't show up in person to get answers not gotten on my 1st call in to you. This was my only negative here. Otherwise I'd give you 10 stars if I could

I just did a safety check! Arrived there at 7:00 am and found out I needed to make an appointment! So I did; came back at 2:00 pm that same afternoon! Everyone was professional and courteous! Left at 2:20 pm!
