I needed a particular brand of tire. I called Waimea and they said they don't have them and they do not know when they would be in. My chance I thought I will just call Kona and see what they say. Kona called Hilo and had the tires shipped to them and they installed them. That was an amazing customer service move.

I especially appreciated the comprehensive multi point vehicle condition report. The pictures of the struts and brake pads were important to me because I now know their status. Thanks!

You’re really busy is the only problem
