Logan Mallardi checked me in regarding a slow tire leak. He was a very pleasant person to deal with. He gave me an approximate time when the work would be done and it was completed as he had projected. A very positive experience!!

I had a Full Synthetic oil change and car wash done on my new F150. They did a completely thorough inspection of all of my components. The car wash and vacuum went well also. I wish you would upgrade your car wash services to be like the Washman business in Portland oregon. They have additional services performed after your vehicle goes through the wash. There employees vacuum, wash windows and wipe down the exterior and interior while you wait in a comfortable waiting area. I also visited your tire shop and the price to fix a flat tire is ridiculous. It should be free and used as an up sell option for your service department. When you have the wheels off of a vehicle you have the brakes, suspension, and other components exposed for inspection. Les Schwab tire stores on the west coast have done this for years.
