It was just a rotation, but I went in to have my oil change. They said they could do the rotation… But they don’t do balancing! They should tell the customers to go next-door to the tire shop for rotation AND balancing. If you bought the tires from Lex, you’re entitled to the free rotation, AND balancing. Other than that great service.

Actually, not much to review! I just needed a safety sticker. Made an appointment by phone for 11:00am the next day. Arrived on time, was greeted by Gabby, who is super friendly, intelligent, well spoken and knows what's going on. Took a seat in the customer lounge, waited about 10 or 15 minutes, Gabby stuck his head in and announced the car passed and is waiting out front. Paid my bill, told him Thanks a million and off I went! A totally painless experience!

Major work yesterday for my Jeep Wrangler at Kona location: rear/front differential, manual transmission service, transfer case service, full service oil change, safety check, wiper blades, and more. Sure, the wait was 50 minutes with 2 vehicles ahead, but it was worth waiting. In less than an hour everything was done. 3 technicians simultaneously worked on my vehicle. I can tell you if serviced at a Jeep dealer price would have been more than double and they’d keep the Jeep a day or two. Should also mention an oil burning smell after a long drive no longer occurs. Engine runs smoother and I can clearly tell. Well worth waiting.

Staff was outstanding & they got me out before their estimated time

Picked up our vehicle at the Kawaihae Harbor and automatically noticed problems, took it to the Kailua-Kona without making an appointment. Director of Ops Mike LOW walked up to me and asked how he could help. Was thorough in checking the vehicle and processed us right there. A day later, received both an email and call from Gabe PADILLIO with their findings. They have always gone out of their way to assist me with my vehicular needs. Excellent service.
