Follow up on previous poor rating. Got a call from Lex management stating that the website pricing will be honored and the on floor manager at the time didnt have ability to override inventory pricing. They responded quickly with sincere resolution that made me want to come back. Kona team was very helpful and install was quick. Very happy!
