An hour from home, the car alerted me that a tire was low, and after topping off the pressure at a gas station and watching it go low again, I realized I might not make it home. I was near the dealership and pulled in. They spotted a nail in the tire, and they suggested I go to lex Brodie. Where I arrived, just over an hour before closing time. I figured I'd probably have to leave it with them and find another way home, and they agreed but said they do what they could. And in fact, even so late in the day they were able to patch the tire and get me back on my way. They could have sold me a new tire, but didn't push for that at all. Total cost? $37!

Iva Mata was very helpful in getting us a replacement tire in Hilo for the one destroyed when we hit a bad pothole coming out of the Safeway parking lot and procuring the rental car so we could transport the tire back to Kona for the repair. Even though it took two days it went well and our car was fixed so thanks to her and Lex Brodie for helping us. Mahalo! Bob and Aiko

I had an emergency situation. A tire essentially exploded. I was able to install the spare, but I needed a new tire. Despite being fairly close to closing time, I was able to get 4 new tires and left at the time I needed to be somewhere. The personnel were professional and empathetic. It was an excellent experience.
