Went in thinking I needed a new battery. After checking it, I was told the battery was just fine but needed a full charge. Already being charged when I was told of this. And there was no bill for this service! So impressed with the customer care provided by Iva. To top it off, I dropped my apartment key card and Iva called my wife to let her know so it could be picked up. Iva is definitely an asset to your company.
