Iva Mata was very helpful in getting us a replacement tire in Hilo for the one destroyed when we hit a bad pothole coming out of the Safeway parking lot and procuring the rental car so we could transport the tire back to Kona for the repair. I had an emergency situation. A tire essentially exploded. I was able to install the spare, but I needed a new tire. Despite being fairly close to closing time, I was able to get 4 new tires and left at the time I needed to be somewhere. The personnel were professional and empathetic. It was an excellent experience.
