Being the tourists the last thing we wanted to do was go to a mechanic, however a kitten decided to get up in a panel and we found out when we were 45 minutes away from the hotel and 4 minutes from the tire shop. The guy's took the car, put it on the lift, took off a couple panels and got the kitten out in 15 minutes. They were so nice about it and even told us where the local Humane Society was. Great company, great employees, thank you so much for helping us out today!!

Excellent service and professional workers. I went in not expecting a 10 minute oil change and I was wrong. I had a 10 minute service along with a ice cold bottle of water ! I will recommend to all my family and friends.

In August my husband purchased tires from Lex Brodie's. Last night I left Costco and discovered I had a very low tire. I arrived at Lex Brodie's on Kaiwi at a few minutes after 6pm. Even though they were closed, they came to the door to see what I needed. They tried to add air to my tire and came to the conclusion the tire could not hold air. I left the car overnight. This morning they removed a dry wall screw and repaired the tire. There was no charge because my tires were purchased there. Best of all everyone was very pleasant, professional and a cheerful group of people. I can't imagine going to a different place for my tires!

We stopped for an oil change last minute and impressed doesn't begin to explain how I feel about Lex Brodies. The level of customer service that was received was out of this world and by far the best I've received ANYWHERE in a very very long time. The staff was friendly and polite and talkative. The oil change was completed quickly and everything on the car was checked. What an amazing experience for something as simple as an oil change. This company is doing business the right way.

My husband needed new tires cause his was big time bolo head. He went in, was helped by Kamu and couple hours later we went back and it was pau. Husband super happy with the tire, the service and the fact that he got $100 bucks off plus a hat and calender. Men are so easy to please. Mahalo Kamu Keep up the good work. New location. Had the express oil change and bought a new set of tires. It was very busy but the employees were courteous and professional. Oil change was quick and efficient. I returned the next day after checking tire prices. Tire price was a few dollars more but the tread pattern suited my vehicle. I would recommend this company over other nearby tire shops.

I went in for a oil check/service today and the guys just jumped right to it! Litereally, they saw me coming and hopped to it! They were fast, they were sweet, and they were kind. They asked if I would like a cold water, and I said I would love one, and it was in my hand so fast I couldn't believe it. I spoke with Justin, Kaleb and Josh, and these guys were awesome. You could tell they LOVED there job and they were smiling and happy as they did my job and were not afraid to talk or listen to what I was saying, and they even found out that my spare tire had no air in it and pumped it up for me! They were so kind and I really enjoyed my little break surrounded by these young guns who were so nice! Thanks guys!
