Lex Brodie's service personnel evidently has been trained to demonstrate outstanding customer service skills not commonly found within this type of service business. Lex Brodie's Fast Lube is "the place to go" for great auto service on the Big Island. Not only are they quick, they are courteous, professional, and just good people. I took our 2012 VW in for service recently when a warning light came on. The Lex Brodie service team did a series of diagnostic tests, identified the problem, fixed it, and sent me on my way with a smile and a thank you. And, there was no charge because I had recently had the oil changed. With that great experience in mind, a few days later I took our new Toyota to Lex Brodie for service rather than return to the dealership. I figured it was better to pay Lex Brodie's reasonable rates and receive excellent service than have the car serviced by the dealer under its not so excellent warranty plan. They knocked it out of the park again with their excellent service, friendly staff, and professionalism.

Great Experience! I got all of the filters and the fluids of my car changed. I asked a ton of questions, and Lance, the manager was quick to reply to all of them. He knows his craft inside and out. Its interesting to watch the communication between the whole team of several guys working on the car all at once, telling each other what they need or what they are doing. They are an efficient, well oiled machine, not much different than watching a bunch of doctors working on a patient on an operating table. I highly recommend.

I decided to stop by to get an oil change today, but I definitely got more than I expected. As soon as I got there I was greeted and the guys showed some concern for my headlights. 10 years ago I had an invisible bra applied to my car and after so many years the adhesive was caked onto my headlights. I dont have a photo, but lets just say it was a mess and it probably affected my lights in the evening. After a super quick oil change, one of the kind staff members worked diligently on my headlights and after a couple hours it was complete. My lights looked brand new and I was happy to have a normal looking car again. I really thought I would of had to buy new lights, but I really appreciate the staff taking the time to help me out. I love how the guys are very professional and talk to me like a normal person. In other words they don't talk "down" to me just because I'm a woman. I also love that they always offer me water, it's so hot and it's wonderful to have that extra touch!
