Price was good, initial phone service from Kamu was excellent. Sadly, a different person did our intake, quoted 2 hours, took just about 4. Also, we asked to keep one of our old tires as a spare, had to ask for it after checking out. Still waiting on it now. Came in about 11:45am. It is now 4:10pm.

Lex Brodie's Fast Lube is "the place to go" for great auto service on the Big Island. Not only are they quick, they are courteous, professional, and just good people. I took our 2012 VW in for service recently when a warning light came on. The Lex Brodie service team did a series of diagnostic tests, identified the problem, fixed it, and sent me on my way with a smile and a thank you. And, there was no charge because I had recently had the oil changed. With that great experience in mind, a few days later I took our new Toyota to Lex Brodie for service rather than return to the dealership. I figured it was better to pay Lex Brodie's reasonable rates and receive excellent service than have the car serviced by the dealer under its not so excellent warranty plan. They knocked it out of the park again with their excellent service, friendly staff, and professionalism.

Staff was courteous and professional, service was prompt, and pricewas right.
