They treat you right and do a great job. After a morning of missed appointments they were able to get a new battery into my truck in record time so that I could salvage an afternoon doctors appointment. It was much appreciated!

Lex Brodie's offers oil changes and has an automatic car wash. I've used both services, and both have been exactly what I expected. The service has been prompt and good-natured every time.

If you go early in the morning it's great. Later in the day I have had to wait 3+ hours to change a couple tires. AAA discount

We offer such great service and our customers love us (well most of them. lol) that our stores get busy as the day moves on. We try our best to get everyone out in a timely manner. Walked in to buy a set of staggered Michelin pilot super sports mounted on OEM camaro rims. Was quoted $1300 for just the rear 2. These tires cost $300 each anywhere else. I offered to bring in a set and just have them mount and balance. After 4 different "techs" came out to look at my OEM rims they decided they couldn't mount them because they didn't want to damage my rim. I ran from that terrible store and would not recommend anyone go there ever!

Hello Alex, We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to help you. I'm guessing your tires were low profiles and you had really nice rims. Our technicians are extra careful about not ruining our customers wheels. if we were to cause any damage to your wheels, I'm sure you would get really upset. Our tire changing machines handle most wheels with ease, but when it comes to specialty wheels-it's best to take it to a high performance shop. It's better to be safe than sorry. They did my bfs 1999 honda accord tires but wen he goes 60mph his steering wheel shacks

HELLO Kristin, Thank you for your BF business. Have him bring the vehicle back to our Kona Store and let the technicians check out his tires. One of the tires may need to be re-balanced or something else might be causing the shake. If he bought the tires from us, there is no charge for LEX to look at his tires. Mahalo again! Aloha....
