I took my employers car here for a tire change. Honestly waited for 4 hours. BUT they have a pretty comfortable waiting area with a tv, water machine (hot&cold), and a coffee maker at your disposal. Seen "True Grit" for the first time ever here!

Super impressed! Staff member acknowledged me straight away and quickly arranged to swap my tire. No questions, no grumbles, no problems, and no charge! This was a completely different experience than my trip to Goodyear in Hilo. I would recommend these folks to anyone :)

Always helpful. Especially Tiana... always courtesy and pleasant on the phone as well... they aren't too busy on the days I've gone but they get the job done and my kids love the free wifi for their ipads

I took my truck in for a basic service. Oil change, new oil filter, ETC. When they finished with my truck, I was informed that my reverse light and high mount stop lamp bulbs had burnt out. They quoted me somewhere around $15 to fix them. I declined, because I already have spare bulbs at home. So imagine my surprise when I get back home and check my lights. Brake lights work, High mount stop lamp works and reverse lights work. All my lights work. Now, I'm hoping the technician made a mistake and wasn't trying to scam me, Because the staff is friendly and seem rather knowledgeable. But It's hard to believe anyone can make a mistake as to whether your lights work or not.

When you're in town and coming at you always want to stop by Lex Brodie where you can get a fast oil change but they also had that new automated car wash and a new gas station and if you want a scooter you're looking for let free this is a place you come

Fast service oil change which I followed up with a car wash in the best car wash in Kona--maybe the Island!

Convenient, great service, honest and they offer me water! I love it that one time they told me I didn't need an oil change!!!! They have opened a great new car-wash next door too, so its one stop shopping!
