BON,I am so sorry that you had that long of a wait for an oil change and that the technicians failed…BON,I am so sorry that you had that long of a wait for an oil change and that the technicians failed to put your sticker on your vehicle. That is so uncalled for. I would like to reach out to you and investigate this further. Please let me know what name the INVOICE was under? I would like to get some kind of compensation to you for your extended wait time. The day that I saw your review, I tried to get in touch with you, but you have not responded back to my inquiries. Fast and Friendly Service. I had several requests and questions - Manager Daniel was great in addressing my concerns. Tires were changed and alignment done as scheduled, in fact pau ahead of time.

This was my first time here and the service was great! Didnt wait long at all, waiting room was NiCE with AC and complimentary coffee and ice water. Got all my questions answered about my vehicle very knowledgeable staff. Will definitely be back.

I was very impressed with Hilo`s Lex Brodies,,Daniel you are an outstanding customer service agent at the counter and on the phone as well! The new brakes and shoes that you all installed was totally awesome my brakes are forever superb! Mahalo Nui! Lex Brodie keep up the good quality work!

Daniel is such a positive and inspirational role model for our company and those he works with. As you may know, we had to temporary close our Pahoa Store because of the advancing lava flow. Daniel Perreira was the Store Manager in Pahoa. We transferred him to the Hilo Store and don't want to give him back because he is so good to our customers! Been to the Hilo location for the first time. I felt that they were honest and the staffs working here are friendly and welcoming. Had a oil change here and was done within a hour. There is a small but cozy waiting area where you can drink coffee and watch tv. Will definitely come back again!

Being the tourists the last thing we wanted to do was go to a mechanic, however a kitten decided to get up in a panel and we found out when we were 45 minutes away from the hotel and 4 minutes from the tire shop. The guy's took the car, put it on the lift, took off a couple panels and got the kitten out in 15 minutes. They were so nice about it and even told us where the local Humane Society was. Great company, great employees, thank you so much for helping us out today!!

I brought my car in for what I thought might be semi-major suspension work. The crew at Lex Brodie's figured-out the issue, made an adjustment and an annoying suspension noise/issue went away. I also got my oil & filter changed and came away with a total bill for about $43. Great, honest service, professional place. I had my brakes done from them on the past too and they did a great job. They even fixed a tire puncture I had once for free and I didn't even buy my tires from them. If you need your car serviced drop by, you can trust them to do it right and not rip you off.
