Tiana helped me as soon as I got in to Lex Brodie's - she was efficient & friendly. I brought my son's car for an oil change & she helped me out & showed me where I could work - with free wi-fi!!! Perks!! There was also coffee, tea, TV, AC & comfortable chairs!! Each time I come here, they live the Lex Brodie ethic - so gracious & helpful!!

These guys have heart! I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to support compassionate individuals and receive amazing customer service. We were in a bind and they helped us on the fly and without any further questions! Thank you Cooper. I hope God continues to bless Lex Brodie's!

I was shopping around for a new set of wheels for my old 2003 Pontiac Montana. I dropped in to Lex Brodie in Hilo and was greeted by Tiana who assisted me with my needs and eventually landed me in a new set that looked quite awesome. It has given a new fresh look to my old montie. Thanks Tiana!

Lex Brodies Hilo operates with integrity and service. I've had numerous days that have brought me to their doors. 'Louis' is an fastidious service rep that handles all questions simply and quickly. The whole wait time is reduced by techs that know their job and either fresh front porch, or hosted coffee waiting room and T.V.

Outstanding service and amazingly fast work!I had a screw in my tire. I first stopped at Sears where they said it would take 4-5 hours to plug! I called Lex Brodie's and Anita said to come on over. In no time my car was in their shop. They were even nice enough to show me how badly I had ruined my tire by driving on it flat, lol. I decided that since my tires were in dire need of replacement anyhow, I would see if they could change them out. They went over my options and took care of it in record time. I was out of there in less than 2 hours!Awesome people, awesome place! Thank you, Anita!

BON,I am so sorry that you had that long of a wait for an oil change and that the technicians failed…BON,I am so sorry that you had that long of a wait for an oil change and that the technicians failed to put your sticker on your vehicle. That is so uncalled for. I would like to reach out to you and investigate this further. Please let me know what name the INVOICE was under? Fast and Friendly Service. I had several requests and questions - Manager Daniel was great in addressing my concerns. Tires were changed and alignment done as scheduled, in fact pau ahead of time.

This was my first time here and the service was great! Didnt wait long at all, waiting room was NiCE with AC and complimentary coffee and ice water. Got all my questions answered about my vehicle very knowledgeable staff. Will definitely be back.

I was very impressed with Hilo`s Lex Brodies,,Daniel you are an outstanding customer service agent at the counter and on the phone as well! The new brakes and shoes that you all installed was totally awesome my brakes are forever superb! Mahalo Nui! Lex Brodie keep up the good quality work!

Daniel is such a positive and inspirational role model for our company and those he works with. As you may know, we had to temporary close our Pahoa Store because of the advancing lava flow. Daniel Perreira was the Store Manager in Pahoa. We transferred him to the Hilo Store and don't want to give him back because he is so good to our customers!
