Fast and Friendly Service. I had several requests and questions - Manager Daniel was great in addressing my concerns. Tires were changed and alignment done as scheduled, in fact pau ahead of time.

This was my first time here and the service was great! Didnt wait long at all, waiting room was NiCE with AC and complimentary coffee and ice water. Got all my questions answered about my vehicle very knowledgeable staff. Will definitely be back.

Daniel Perreira was the Store Manager in Pahoa. We transferred him to the Hilo Store and don't want to give him back because he is so good to our customers! Been to the Hilo location for the first time. I felt that they were honest and the staffs working here are friendly and welcoming. Had a oil change here and was done within a hour. There is a small but cozy waiting area where you can drink coffee and watch tv. Will definitely come back again!

Being the tourists the last thing we wanted to do was go to a mechanic, however a kitten decided to get up in a panel and we found out when we were 45 minutes away from the hotel and 4 minutes from the tire shop. The guy's took the car, put it on the lift, took off a couple panels and got the kitten out in 15 minutes. They were so nice about it and even told us where the local Humane Society was. Great company, great employees, thank you so much for helping us out today!!
