I was in desperate need when arriving at Lex Brodie's. They took me right in without hesitation. While they replaced my tires, they gave my muffler a quick though temporary fix, free of charge. This saved me an immediate charge of $537 and change. Jake and his crew were amazing. I would undoubtedly recommend their services. My only regret is that I didn't see an email from Anita regarding her confirmation they do price match, prior to taking my car in. Although this would have improved my experience, I still have no real complaints. They really were terrific. Thank you all so much. You Rock!!!

Thank you for the best customer service. I arrived without appointment for a Safety inspection recently. Ryan had me in the shop in two minutes. I left with the Safety sticker, a needed tire rotation and my broken tire pressure warning system repaired. Very quick and inexpensive, as always. The crew at Lex Brodie, Hilo treat their customers with courtesy and respect and they have earned my complete trust. This is why I keep coming back to them whenever I need service on my vehicles. They go the extra mile!

Probably the most honest mechanics you will find in Hilo, hands down. They are expensive, but what auto repair place isn't?Haven't been let down yet.

I am a field technician by day and an awesome Dad by night... My work vehicle is my life and I drive all over the Big Island so I am very dependent on this vehicle. Mahalo to Lex Brodies for helping me to keep it running fine. I believe any work they suggest is needed and they respect and understand the need to keep a vehicle running while not breaking your wallet. I appreciate that they look at the brakes while it is on the lift for routine service and they will advise you if work is needed. The brake pads were nearing the end of life and catching this when we did potentially saved hundreds of dollars since the rotors were still in good shape. I know there are some who believe the brake checking is just a scam for more business but, after 3 years of bringing the vehicle here, that is not the case with Lex Brodies.I came to Lex Brodies after another repair shop tried to sell me an alignment that was not needed. 50000 miles and 3 years later, I have never been approached for alignment and the tires wear normally. I am confident my car will go when it needs to go and stop when it needs to stop...
