Recently moved back to Hilo after living in Kona for 16 years and had to find somewhere to service my car. I'm very satisfied with the service I received. Waited approximately 1 hour for my car to get done. They did specify wait time would be approximately an hour and a half. I waited in the very cool airconditioned waiting room. I will be bring my car back when it's time for service again. Thank you.

Thanks for great service! I did not have an appointment, but brought my car in because of a bolt stuck in a tire. The tire was fixed in less than an hour. I appreciate their prompt and friendly service! Also, there was no charge because I purchased the tire from them years earlier.

Service was AMAZING... got a screw in my tire after dropping the kids off at school this morning, took my Runner straight to Lex Brodie’s Hilo, they squeezed me in and they patched my tire and I was out! AND while I waited the 3 yr old got to play in THEIR NEW KIDS PLAY AREA... she was in heaven! Gotta say.. it turned out to be a good day!!! Mahalo nui Lex Brodie’s Hilo!!!
