Great service for new tires! Upon arrival at Lex Brodie’s, Hilo, I was met by a lovely Service Woman who welcomed me very warmly. I asked if she thought they could meet another tire company bid for the same tires. She immediately went to the computer and came up with an offer a tad less than my first estimate. I was early getting there, and they were busy, yet took my car in very quickly and within an hour and a half (in comfortable waiting spaces both inside and out) I was driving home with my new tires and information regarding my break health and one tire that would need alignment. I will take care of that ASAP, and make an appointment with Lex Brodie, Hilo!

My experience with Lex Brodie’s was top notch. They have a good group of employees. Initially I had issues with the set of Cooper STR pro’s. Must of been a bad batch. Daniel (Manager), Josiah(service writer), Vernon(tech) and the rest of the crew was very accommodating and understanding to my dilemma. Long story short, I went through 2 sets of Cooper STT pros and finally switched to the Mickey Thompson Baja MTZ P3. Great tire with side bites. Overall rating is 5 stars because of their excellent customer service even although the coopers was flawed from the factory, their commitment to their customers are second to none. Definitely will recommend this branch to everyone I know

When calling for an appointment, person was courteous and provided me with next available appt time and also asked me what works best for me (am or pm) . Also provided approximate time it would take them to do the job required. On appointed day, the person at the counter was also very courteous and went over the description of the job that was to be done. Lex Brodie’s have courteous, professional, knowledgeable and friendly people on board!
