My car battery died - after AAA got it started, I took it down to Lex Brodie's as a walk in. The staff was efficient and pleasant in getting me checked in, the car fixed, and all the paperwork done in about 2 hours. They kept me apprised of the repair progress at each step.

Went in for 4 tires replacement i received polite and professional service, The price was fair and the replacement was done in a timely manner. I will return in the further for my tire service

The service was quick, friendly and doesn’t break the bank, they let me know what needed to be changed like my battery and tire and they also spotted an oil leak and suggest a diagnostic check. They even went the extra mile and gave me quotes on tires and everything that needed to be changed.

I made an appointment to have my car inspected. I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. My tires were rotated without asking. I was very pleased to hear that was car required nothing but an oil change. Sometimes as a woman, mechanics want to take advantage. Thank you Lex Brodie for being honest and efficient.

I will definitely be a repeat customer!! I think the young man who helped my mother and I was named Shawn. My Mom came in with my car, which was pulling heavily to the right. She'd just been to the shop that had installed 2 new tires on it just 3 months ago before going to Lex Brodie's at my request. The other shop hadn't even looked at the car, and said they recommended 2 new front tires, and quoted us $205, even though I told them I wish to sell the car ASAP and wanted to get the cheapest tires possible. The service contrast makes Lex a keeper for me! Shawn was kind enough to first rotate the front tires and drive the car, to establish that the pull was indeed coming from the tires, before recommending that I change them. He didn't charge me extra for that service at all! I ended up paying $50 less for them than at the other place! $156!! No more tire pull!! Thank you so much!! :)
