I went into Lex Brodie to schedule a safety check, but was told I didn't have to schedule an appointment. Instead, they could do it right away. So I did and I was finished very quickly.

Wonderful service from Tyrent Rabot. My son and I spent the early morning shopping around for the best prices on 4 tires and wheel alignment. Went into Lex Brodie Kona and they greeted us with a big "Aloha," as we were getting our price quote I asked if it was possible to get the tires and wheel alignment that day, and they said yes ma'am but its going to be awhile. Fortunately for us we had time and needed the tires right away for we had threads showing on our old tires. Tyrent showed us our options on tires and recommended tires that would best fit our needs. We are happy with our tires and the wonderful 5 star service we received form Lex Brodie Kona. Mahalo nui

I was impressed from the moment I was first attended to. The service representative (a woman, I forget her name, I'm sorry!) was friendly and attentive. My friend and I were waiting for the oil change, and when she saw me at the coffee machine, she came in to help me figure out how to work it. My vehicle was finished quickly, I was given a AAA discount, and we were on our way. All was good, and the customer service superb. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back to be serviced!
