Go there if you want the worst service at a high price (weekend) Oil change and I asked to check my time air pressure becuase the tire low airpressure light was on. Told to come back in an hour. Returned back, paid went to my vehicle airpressure light was still on, went back inside he asked if I could wait 20 minutes then they will check (why not the first time)? Sticker on windshield was blank, why even put a sticker on if you don't write nothing on it? I wonder if they even changed the oil. The costumer service is horrid and professionalism is not there. Management really needs to step in and make changes, will never go back and will never tell anyone to go there. That is not an Aloha experience at all. 2 thumbs down.
I apologize for not staying on top of our Google reviews Since this is from 2016. We apologize for not explaining the TPMS system to you in detail. So here it is: TPMS-Tire Pressure Monitoring System was put into vehicles to let drivers know if their tire pressure was low-which could cause a blow-out in your tire or even a possible vehicle accident. It is a unit that sits inside of the tire and has a computer chip that is run by a battery. The batteries eventually die and the entire unit needs to be replaced. If this were the case with your vehicle, It is not a simple reset. First the TPMS sensor would have needed to be scanned to see if it had failed. Then your vehicle would have had to go onto a different lift to remove tire. The cost for a new TPMS sensor runs anywhere from $156-$199, depending on your vehicle. It's about half the cost of dealer supplied unit. We hear you and will do a btter job explaining the process so that we honor your time and those of others. Thank you for your feedback. Aloha,..... Anita =)
