I'd had a previous experience at Lex Brodie's Tires that made me decide to never come back. I recently went in for an alignment on my Trailblazer only because LBT was the only shop in town that was able to do it that day. Epi's customer service completely changed my mind about LBT. He went above and beyond. Dude totally rocks it. Helpful, friendly, lets you know everything that's goin' on with your vehicle while it's there. I'd come back to LBT again as a first choice now rather than my last option.

Brought my Trailblazer in for an alignment and Epi provided the best customer service I've ever received at an auto shop. Supah helpful, great communication, good attitude, friendly. I left with a smoother running vehicle and as a completely satisfied customer.

Had a synthetic oil change and tire rotation done. Car was taken in on time. The job was done in a timely manner. Customer service is great! The waiting room is always clean and there’s wi-fi. I am very happy with the service!

First time customer here at Lex Brodie’s Hilo, from the time I walked in the door until after my tire change was done the experience was AWSOME !!! Everyone is very friendly and attentive to costumers needs......will definitely recommend Lex Brodie’s Hilo to all my friends and family!!

Recently imported our vehicle from Canada to Hawaii Island and needed a safety certification so we could register it with DMV. Picked up the vehicle at the port in Hilo and headed straight to Lex Brodie's, initial safety was done in less than one hour, and we returned later to complete the second phase (after registration, and were finished in no time. Service was professional and prompt. Would return again but we will instead visit the location in Waimea, which is closer to our home.
