We had really good service the first time we came here but this second time back has been awful. First thing when we came in the guy behind the counter told us it was going to be a long wait because we were an hour late. Luckily, I had the confirmation e-mail that confirmed our appointment was at 11. They were clearly running behind and thought they could blame the customer, thinking we would have no proof. However, even with our appointment and us agreeing to the new tires they up sold us, we are still sitting here two and half hours later and they haven't even started our alignment. If you want to blow a good chunk of your day waiting around this is the place for you. Appointments obviously mean nothing to them.
Hello SamiJo.... Thank you for your feedback and the opportunity to correct our shortcomings. We truly apologize for the mix up in our scheduling system. We appreciate that you have brought this to our attention so that other customers don't have to go through the same scenario. I will definitely be working with our systems manager to find out what went wrong. Also, we would like to apologize to you if we made you feel at fault.
